Review/Comments/Thoughts:
One of the albums that inspired Guns N Roses, Velvet Revolver famed guitarist Slash to pick up a guitar. Joe Perry would leave during the making of this album and would be replaced by Jimmy Crespo. I had gotten this album for a very good price 3.99, I had gotten it for the songs Mia and Remember (Walking In The Sand) Other than those 2 songs this album is not very rememberable for me, I had tried to like this album but It was definitly a start of "The Ruts" for Aerosmith

By far in my opinon one of the best greatest hits packages ever made this gem is full of some of Aerosmith's best work. I used to own this on cassette so getting it on CD was a must. It kicks off with Dream On a song Tyler wrote as a teenager before Aerosmith was even born. A Ballad of hope and a trademark of Aerosmith's extensive catalog. But of these 10 gems the one song that stands out to me the most is Kings & Queens It is by far my all time favorite song by Aerosmith. Albeit an obscure tune by them It's one of a kind. On this GH package is two covers the first being The Beatles' Come Together which I had heard is the most covered song out there. Aerosmith definitly does Lennon & McCartney's classic justice giving it modern rock sound. The second cover is Shangri-La'sRemember (Walking In The Sand) I gotta say next to Kings & Queens this song is my #2 favorite on this album. Aerosmith made it their own, To memory I am not certain if I have ever heard the original but Id be curious to hear the original and see how much of a difference is made with Aerosmith's version. Of all the Greatest Hits CDs by Aerosmith I would recommend this one first and foremost. It was this that turned me into an avid fan of the boys from Boston.

Review/Comments/Thoughts:
As much of an Aerosmith fan I am I had to give this album a 1 out of a possible 10, Its unrememberable, you can tell that the dynamic is missing from this album, the absence of both Joe Perry and Brad Whitford are apparent. Stay clear but this is definitly a filler for any fan who wants the catalog, I dont know if this will ever get anymore play from me.
