I remember seeing the video Smells Like Nirvana and I remember having a good laugh I was out with a few friends I was a senior in High School when they were playing Weird Al's album in the store, I decided to buy a copy, at first as a tape, I beleive I had the cassette single on the Nirvana parody and the B-side was Waffle King which appears on a future release. I love this album from start to finish. No filler songs on this album. Special props gotta go out to the songs You Don't Love Me Anymore, Taco Grande, Trigger Happy, I was Only Kidding I remember seeing an interview with Nirvana and they talked about the Parody and they were quoted as "Laughing Their Asses Off", they loved it. This was the song that really got me into Weird Al

A Good Follow up to Off The Deep End I was working in a freezer when this album came out and the parody Living in The Fridge kind of became my song. No filler songs on this album at all at least in my opinion. This album saw the release of Waffle King which is one of my favorites on this album. I know that with the Flinstones song that the Chili Peppers in whom they were parodied did not really care for it which in my opinion was kind of lame because it was a great song.

Review/Comments/Thoughts:
The albums just keep getting better and funnier and Running with Scissors is no exception. At the time of the release it was a big deal when Star Wars Episode I The Phantom Menace came out and Al was a genuis to capitalize it with his The Saga Begins At the time of this release this was my all time favorite album by Weird Al. All About The Pentiums is another great tune No fan of the original but being a computer geek this was a great song for all those other Computer Geeks. Alburqurque is a great closer, Al can tell a good story. I did some searching on Youtube and theres people who actually have put this song to video. Check it out, I gave this album a 10, no fillers at all

I Gave this an 8/10 In my opinion it was not as great as Running With Scissors It is good in it's own right, Cool thing about this album is I actually saw Weird Al Live at the Connecticut State Fair I got a baseball cap to remember the occassion, It was a good show, One thing I liked was the shorts in between songs on the big screen, He did a skit called "Chance of Rain" it was hilarious. I dont remember if I bought the album at the show or at a music store. Favorites include Couch Potato, Trash Day, A Complicated Song, Ode to a Superhero, Ebay
